Ambiductor's new energy calculator standardize tough requirements and enables more communication.
New generation CALEC energy calculator
Ambiductor has been the main distributor for Integra metering, former Aquametro, in Sweden for the past 10 years. Their most famous products are the calculators that are widely used in industry and heat production. This year, both CALEC ST II and CALEC Energy Master are replaced by CALEC ST III. The new heat calculator is available in two versions with sharper hardware, new functionality, more communication and with easier deployment.
Standard and Smart
CALEC ST III finns i två versioner - Standard och Smart. Största skillnaden är att Smart har ytterligare en plats för ett kommunikationskort. Det finns även mindre skillnader gällande matningsspänning.
CALEC ST III is available in two versions - Standard and Smart. The biggest difference is that Smart has an additional slot for a communication module. There are also minor differences regarding supply voltage.
Communication
Standard communication is M-Bus, Wireless M-Bus, NFC and Bluetooth. In addition, there are 1-2 slots for additional communication modules such as:
M-Bus, Lorawan, Modbus RTU, Bacnet, KNX etc.
Deployment
Commissioning has become easier by connecting the calculator to a smartphone via NFC and then Bluetooth where you can set parameters via a special app.
In addition, the terminals have become wider to make room for larger cable sizes.
